Toded Bender: A local native of Spokane I learned early on the valuable lessons of hard work. Since I was a teenager, I’ve had many opportunities in numerous jobs and it’s those experience that has shaped me into a transportation professional. I’m experienced in heavy equipment operation, equipment loading and securement, various other construction jobs and now I have added cattle handling and transportation. Christine Phipps Sollman: Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. 35 years of being in the legal community working for courts and doing private paralegal work. The paralegal work dealt mostly with training new associates dealing with Department of Licensing Issues for clients for various lawyers. Specialized in following any changes that affected commercial drivers in order to advise my attorneys and their clients with the most up to date information, laws and regulations as they change often.
